ELCA Good Gifts

The ELCA Good Gifts program is a creative way for you to help and change the lives of those in need.  You and your family are able to purchase specific items for individuals and families across the world: from farm animals to Bibles to clean water.

God's Global BarnyardThe theme for St. Paul's 2011 Advent season was God's Global Barnyard.  We read stories from the Bible and learned about the animals present in the stable when Jesus was born.

We also used the ELCA Global Barnyard Banks to collect money to buy farm animals for
people in need across the world.  Our goal was to raise $715 to buy a barnyard for a family.  A barnyard consists of: a cow, two goats, ten chickens, two pigs, a duck, farming tools, plus training and marketing support!  The people of St. Paul's were so inspired and so generous that we raised enough to buy 2 barnyards!  Thanks be to God!
